◎Double-side material lubricating ol feeder

1、The material lubricator is suitably used for material eith double sides oilling at same time to prolong greatly the service life of pressing mold.

2、Aluminum alloy body structure with anodic treatment on surface, that to be beautiful and durable. A mounting bracket is included which suitable to install on all machines body.

3、Special micro-adjusting oiling design, the oil volume can be controlled easily depending on the work condition. It could save oil consumption.

4、This lubricator adopts high-density wool cotton material with excellent anti-wearing and powerful oil absorbing which is in separate piece model design, easitly to maintenance.

5、Filtering mesh is deviced inside the oil barrel then the lubricant can be used again.

6、The option of electrical pump lubricator can combine with press for automatic & man power saving operation.

7、The upper roller uses multiple nipples for different oil volume adjusting, to meet customer's special requirement.

◎CEH CIRCULATING ELECTRIC LUBRICATION

Features:

1. CEH type is circulating lubricator, which means the oil flows out, then comes back into the oil tank through the cyclic inlet.The cyclic inlet has magnetic filter, which can block the impurities and assure the oil clean.

2. CEH type is without timer, also could be controlled by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

3. After installing and connecting the piping, feed oil till oil flows out, then start to use this lubricator.

4. It used a high quality alloy steel gear pump and induction motor that not only has steady output pressure and low noise, but also can assure each lubrication point with output of oil. It can be applied for large machines' request.

5. It has a pressure-regulating valve and pressure gauge, where an operator can adjust the pressure and check the pressure easily.

6. It has a float switch that can detect the oil volume. It will have an automatic signal automatically when the oil level is lower than the minimum.
